I loved the spacious pool access room in the Serene Wing. it made relaxing by the pool super convenient! The air-conditioned gym was a nice touch, and having tea and coffee facilities in the room was a lifesaver after a long day exploring. Also, I totally enjoyed the daily complimentary bottle of water!

I absolutely loved the spacious Deluxe Double Room with Pool Access in the Serene Wing! It gave me direct access to the beautiful outdoor pool, making it so easy to dive in anytime I wanted. The food scene here is delish, with killer seafood spots like Three Crowns just a stone's throw away! Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the large rooms were a sweet bonus.

However, the place felt a bit run down, and the fitness suite was a joke. Breakfast needed serious help with hygiene, and 'variety' was a stretch, considering the flies buzzing around.

Improve food quality at the poolside restaurant.

Our stay was lovely! We enjoyed the amazing breakfast with a great variety, especially the fresh omelet station. The Private Jacuzzi room was just what we needed, but the stark white decor was a bit too clinical for my taste. Overall, I’d definitely return!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed visiting the bustling Patong Beach and explored the local shops and eateries nearby. The room was spacious and the pool area was great. Breakfast had a decent variety but could improve. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway.

The only downside was the wifi issues during our stay. It went out for a few days, which was a bit frustrating.
